Spicy Mild Garlic Chicken
Chicken thigh, flour, mirin, curry, soy sauce, garlic, chili, onion, capsicum, sugar, vinegar, spring onion, carrot, chili oil
Oven/Air fry - Preheat oven to 200°C then heat up the frozen chicken for about 13-15 minutes until crispy outside.
Deep fry/Shallow fry - Preheat oil to 180°C then heat up the frozen chicken for about 2-3 minutes until crispy outside.
Heat up defrosted sauce on pan (medium heat) then mix it well and enjoy.
