Sweet & Sour Pork
Pork meat, potato starch, flour, ginger, salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, hp sauce, carrot, onion
Oven/Air fry - Preheat oven to 200°C and heat up the frozen pork for about 13-15 minutes until crispy outside.
Deep fry/Shallow fry - Preheat oil to 180°C then heat up the frozen pork for about 2-3 minutes until crispy outside.
Heat up defrosted sauce on pan (medium heat) then mix it well and enjoy.
