678 Management Pty Ltd trading as Seoulfood (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We take our customers’ privacy seriously and we will only collect and use your personal information as outlined below. Our Privacy Statement fully complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and represents the industry’s best practice.

We may collect the following types of personal information:

  • name;

  • mailing or street address;

  • email address;

  • telephone number and other contact details;

  • age or date of birth;

The personal information we collect from you will be used in some or all of the following ways:

  • To ensure your eligibility for Seoulfood services

  • To update you on the pick up of the product and for customer support purposes

  • To provide you with relevant product information

Payment & Delivery Policy

  • We accept Credit / Debit Cards Only.

  • Please place an order at least 2days in advance so we can schedule our production.

  • Please take care when specifying your delivery address as refunds will not be given if you enter an address incorrectly.

  • Delivery windows vary by location. If you will not be home please make an alternative arrangement and leave specific delivery instructions on the checkout page for our drivers to follow.

  • Ownership of the products will transfer to you once we have delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

  • We cannot commit to a smaller delivery window. We will try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee special requests.​​

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 
  • Meals / Orders once purchased has been made, can only be replaced or refunded if the problem with the product is major.

  • All requests to reschedule your meals will be accepted only if they are informed to us prior to the closing of the re-scheduled day cut-off time, and also depends on the meal availability.

  • We do not allow conversion of meals or meals plans.

  • In the unlikely event that your order is delivered late, or the food that has been delivered is flagged for quality issues by majority of our customers, you will be compensated with a complimentary meal from us, but no refunds.
